FadeShield Introduction Introduced by the Sunrox Brand in 2015, FadeShield is a synthetic performance fabric designed for indoor and outdoor upholstery in both residential and commercial settings. Made from a special polyolefin fiber, FadeShield fabrics are durable and resistant to abrasion, staining, mold, mildew, odors, and fading.

Polyolefin fabric has a rich scientific history, originally created in Italy in 1957. FadeShield fabrics are solution-dyed for intense color saturation, highly abrasion-resistant, water and mildew-resistant, UV-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean. They do not transmit static charge.
